1. SWEEPSTAKES: The Tineco x Blueair Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at March 18, 2025 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Standard Time (“PST”) on March 25, 2025 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Participation is free of charge. There is no purchase or payment of any kind necessary to participate in the Sweepstakes. A purchase does not improve your chance of winning.

2. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of United States, 18 years of age or older as of date of entry (“Entrant”). Employees of [Tineco Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd.] (the “Sponsor”), [Blueair, Inc.] (the “Sponsor”) and their parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, suppliers, distributors and advertising, promotional and judging agencies and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, members, employees, agents, assigns, and all others associated with the development, evolvement and execution of this Sweepstakes (collectively “Sponsor and its Administrators”) and the immediate family members of each, are not eligible to participate or win. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of winner.

1. HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstake Period, Tineco and Blueair official social media account (as outlined below) will make one (1) post regarding the Sweepstake. You may enter by following the instructions in the Post to follow the social accounts, like the post, and respond to the Post by tagging someone with one (1) campaign hashtag to receive one (1) entry (the “Entry”) into the corresponding Prize’s random drawing only. 

To enter the Contest, a participant shall do as follows:

1. You must follow Instagram social accounts @tinecoglobal and @blueairus. There is a limit of one (1) Entry per person. You must have a regarding social account to enter. You must have your privacy settings set to “public” to enter. Any Entry deemed inappropriate or containing unsuitable text, in Sponsor’s sole discretion will be disqualified. Any Entry or portion thereof that is, in the Sponsor’s sole discretion, obscene, profane, lewd, defamatory, includes references to sex, nudity, acts of violence or acts that may cause harm, contains any proper names, third party materials (other than Tineco-owned), or otherwise violates or infringes (or may infringe) any copyright, trademark, logo, mark that identifies a brand or other proprietary right of any person living or deceased (including but not limited to rights of privacy or publicity or portrayal in a false light) or entity, sexual in nature, or is otherwise objectionable, will disqualify the Entrant as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Entry must be in keeping with Sponsor’s image and may not be offensive, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.  Normal Internet access, phone/usage charges imposed by your online/phone service will apply.
2. WINNER SELECTION:  On or about March 26, 2025, One (1) winner will be randomly selected from among all eligible Entries received for the corresponding Post only. The random drawings will be conducted by Tineco Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., whose decisions are final and binding on all matters related to the Sweepstakes. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible Entries received for each Post. Prizes are nontransferable and no cash substitution is allowed except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize is unavailable. Winner’s social media profile must be in keeping with the Sponsor’s image. Winner’ and all Entrants, as a condition of entry into the Sweepstakes, agree to release and forever discharge, covenant not to sue, and hold harmless  Sponsor and its Administrators, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, suppliers, distributors and advertising, promotional and judging agencies and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, members, employees, agents, assigns, and all others associated with the development, evolvement and execution of the Sweepstakes from and against any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with submitting an Entry or otherwise participating in any aspect of the Sweepstakes, the receipt, ownership or use of the prize awarded, or any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or the announcement or offering of the prizes. Sponsor is only liable in case of intent or gross negligence. For any damages resulting from injury to life, body or health the Sponsor is also liable for ordinary negligence.
3. PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”): Prize: A Tineco PURE ONE Station 5 (ARV: $459.00), A Blueair 211i Max (ARV: $349.99). Service is not included with any prize. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor except for the applicable manufacture´s warranties and any rights you may have under local laws and regulations. No transfer or substitution of prize permitted. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute the prize with one of comparable or greater value. All prize details are at Sponsor’s discretion. 

7. GENERAL RULES/WINNER NOTIFICATION:Potential winners will be notified via a DM/Private Message from Tineco official social media accounts to winner’s Instagram handle and will be required to follow the instructions in the DM/Private Message within twenty-four (24) hours (including weekends) of notification attempt or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. Potential US winners of Prizes valued at or over $600 will then be required to sign and return via email, a Declaration of Eligibility, liability/publicity release (except where prohibited by law) and assignment of rights (as applicable) within forty-eight (48) hours (including weekends) of notification attempt or the prize will be forfeited and alternate potential winner may be selected. Prizes will be delivered within 8-10 weeks after winner verification. Return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and alternate prize winner may be selected. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor. The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the Entry process or the operation of any site; violates the Official Rules; or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Entries generated by script or bot are not eligible. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an Entrant, the authorized account holder of the Instagram account submitted at the time of Entry will be deemed to be the Entrant. "Authorized account holder" of an Instagram account is defined as the person who is responsible for joining Instagram and who manages the e-mail address associated with the Instagram Account. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes if it is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other problems beyond the control of the Sponsor. In such event, Sponsor would select the Prize winners in random drawings from among all eligible Entries received for each Post prior to cancellation. Prize winners and all Entrants, as a condition of entry into the Sweepstakes, agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its Administrators, and each of their respective affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or Prizes awarded. Prize winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in the Sweepstakes, the receipt, ownership or use of any Prizes awarded or any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or the announcement or offering of the Prizes. Void where prohibited and subject to all federal, state and local laws. As a condition of entering the Sweepstakes, Entrant agrees that: 1) under no circumstance will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential or any other damages, other than for out-of-pocket expenses; 2) all causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes or the Prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and 3) any and all claims, judgments, and award shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event, attorneys’ fees. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Entrant’s statutory right they will have subject to local laws and regulations shall not be affected. You hereby represent and warrant that you have read these Official Rules and are fully familiar with its contents.

9. Data Protection: In the course of this sweepstakes, the Sponsor may collect and use some personal information of Entrant. The nature of the processing, the subject-matter, the purpose of the processing, the type of the personal data and the categories of data subjects concerned of the processing (hereinafter referred to as “Processing Particulars”) are set out as below：
