How wide is the floor head?

The size of the brush that comes with the this vacuum is 10.4 inches or 26.7 cm wide.

How much does the A10 weight?

The main body of the A10 weighs 2.87 lbs or 1.3 kg. Depeneding on the attachments that you use on your vacuum, the whole unit can weigh up to 5.13 lbs or 2.33 kg.

How long should I charge the battery?

Before your first use, please charge the appliance for 3-4 hours. During long periods of not being used, store the lithium battery in a cool, dry place. Ensure the battery is half-charged every 3 months (2 battery indicators glow on regular mode).

How often does the dustbin need to be emptied?

Generally, we advise to empty the the dustbin before it reaches the "MAX" line.

Does the brush scratches or dulls floors?

No, it doesn't. The brush works great on hard floors without any damage to it. It is also recommended to test an inconspicuous area of a sensitive surface before using an accessory on it.

How do I register my vacuum?

You can register your product on https://www.tineco.com/ by clicking on Register on the upper right hand corner of the page. Please input your email, serial number of your Tineco device and the date of your purchase. If you do not register your product, your products will still have its 2-year limited warranty.
