Will this unit stand upright on its own or does it have to be hung on the wall?

It can’t stand upright on its own. It comes with a docking station or wall mount which you can use to hold the vacuum and its accessories

Is this vacuum cleaner easy to assemble? Do I need any screw driver to assembly it?

It's easy to assemble. No tools needed.

Does the vacuum work on carpets?

The vacuum works on carpets that are low pile carpet. The vacuum's effectiveness is reduced on medium and high pile carpet types. Please see below for examples of each type of carpet.

How much time does the machine take to be fully charged?

It takes around 3-4 hours to charge to full.

What is the voltage of the charger? Can you use a different charger?

It uses 100-240V in its charger. We do not recommend using a different charger as that may not be compatible with the battery.

What height does the wall-mounted dock need to be installed at?

The recommended installation height of the wall-mounted dock is any height where the brush attached to the main body is not touching the ground. Typically this is roughly around 4 feet or 123 cm from the ground.
