How do I charge my battery pack?

The Tineco PURE ONE S12 is equipped with a Dual Charging wall-mounted dock. It starts charging once you put away the main body or the extra battery pack, you won't forget to charge anymore.

What's the fuction of the wall-mounted dock?

We recommend putting the vacuum on the wall-mounted docking station for recharge and storage. It can charge two batteries at the same time and also store 3 extra tools. To avoid the deformation of the tools bristles, you may store the tools with bristles on the wall-mounted docking station, and others can be stored in the tools bag.

How long should I charge the battery?

Before first use, please charge the device for 3-4 hours. The PURE ONE S12 has the battery protection function, so it's okay to leave the main body on the wall-mounted docking station after it is fully charged. If not using the diveice for a long time, we suggest charging the battery at least 50% every 3 months.

Does this vacuum work on carpet and hardwood floors?

PURE ONE S12 is equipped with a Direct-drive LED Multi-tasker Power Brush which increases the cleaning efficiency and creats a highly dynamic operation, very effective for agitating dirt embeded in the carpet, easy to clean fine dust and debris. Plus version also has a LED soft-roller power brush which is perfrect for hardfloor cleaning and picks up coarse dirt and hair easily.

Does the PURE ONE S12 comes with a continuous cleaning switch?

Yes, PURE ONE S12 comes with the switch lock, so you don’t have to hold the power button while cleaning all the time.

How to store the battery if not use the device for a long time?

If not using the diveice for a long time, we suggest charging the battery at least 50% every 3 months and put the battery in a cool and dry place. Suggest environment is 39.2°F (4℃)-102°F(40℃).
