Yes, it does.There are LED headlights on the power brush to help you clean hard to see spots.

How often do I need to clean the HEPA?

We advise to clean the HEPA every 3 months.

What is the difference between A11 PET and A11 PET EX?

A11 PET EX has an extra battery.

How long can the vacuum cleaner run on a full charge?

It can run for 12-40 mins with non-electric accessories for one battery.

How much time does the machine take to be fully charged?

It takes around 3-4 hours to charge to full.

What is the voltage of the charger? Can you use a different charger?

It uses 100-240V in its charger. We do not recommend using a different charger as that may not be compatible with the battery.

How long is the warranty?

The warranty lasts 2 years.

Is the filter replaceable and can it be washed?

The filter can be washed and cleaned. Please be sure to thoroughly dry the filter before placing it back in the appliance.

How do I know when it needs to be charged?

You may find the battery indicator light rapidly blinking red. This means the battery is out of power, you should charge the appliance ASAP.

How do I know when it is fully charged?

The battery indicator lights on the battery turns solid blue when the appliance is fully charged.

How do I store my vacuum?

We advise to store the vacuum on the wall-mounted dock . To avoid bristle damage, always place attachments on the dock after use.

How often does the dustbin need to be emptied?

Generally, we advise to empty the the dustbin before it reaches the "MAX" line.
