Can you adjust the flow of liquid coming out?
Floor One will automatically adjust solution and clean water flow to make sure have the idea cleaning performance.
How to use self-cleaning mode?
Always keep plug in. Place unit on storage tray. Dump the dirt water tahnk and the clean water tank should be at least 1/3 full of water. Press  self-cleaning button  to start the brush roll self-cleaning mode. The appliance will automatically shut off once finished. The entire self-cleaning process takes about 40 seconds.
What is the flow rate?
It ranges from 50 to 220ml/min according to dirt level.
How often I need to clean the brush roller?
We advise to clean the brushroll after each cleaning. 
What are the max button functions?
It helps to remove tough spots and stains with higher speed and stronger spray.
What is the suction power when suck water and debris?
Suction power is range from 15-30Aw depending on the dirty level.
Does the cleaning solution has odor?
No but it can move odor and fresh your floor.
How long it can work for full charged?
25-35mins(Lithium-ion 21.6V 4000mAh)
How does this unit do dog hair?
The unique brush roll can help to move dog hair and suck back to the dirt water tank.
How long it needs to be full charged?
Normally it needs about 4 hours.
Does dog hair get wrapped around roller?
Normally not because the roller diameter size is big enough so it can avoid such occasion.
What is the difference between Floor One S3 and other Brand wash cleaner?
Tineco Floor One S3 is  the first smart floor washer which automatically detects how dirty/gritty the floor is and applies the appropriate amount of detergent, roller pressure and suction power to ensuere the perfect hard floor clean every time. 
What is the input of the charger? Can we use other brand charger with same input?
100~240V,  We suggest to use Tineco charger.
Do you have to use distilled water?
No need, just tap water is fine and also avoid to use hot water.
Do you have to vacuum first before using the S3?
No need. S3 can vacuum big debris during working.
What is the CWT and DWT capactiy?
Clean Water Tank is 0.6L, Dirt Water Tank is 0.5L.
Can use bleach for floors in machine?
We would not recommend using bleach in this machine as it could damage the cleaner.
What kind of floor it can be used?
Non-carpeted floor such as vinyl, tile, sealed wood floor.
What is the solution ratio for cleaning?
1:50, you can use the solution cap, one cap of solution for full tank of water.
Weight of product/ carton box?
Product is about 4.5kg.
Can this be used for dry vacuuming? Can u just vaccum without using water?

41°F~140°F (5℃~60℃. Notice not use hot water to avoid internal pipe damage.
How long does the battery last for?
Floor One S3 can work 35 minutes under normal mode or auto mode, it may varies depending on using environment.

No. Tineco provides special matched solution.
How to store Floor One S3?
We suggest to put the appliance on the storage tray.
