Self-cleaning abnormal

1.Confirm if self-cleaning is suddenly interrupted?
☆Refer to the "Display abnormal" guide.
2.Can't pick up water during self-clean mode?
☆Please make sure that the dry filter is installed properly, DWT is not full, and make sure the CWT is filled to at least 40%.
3.Without any reaction when press self-clean button.
☆Please make sure battery is adequate. Please make sure the unit is in charging status.
