Unless prompted to do so, do not press the trigger when checking any part of the machine.

Not pick up/Low suction

1.Confirm there's any display screen error?
☆Refer to the "Display icon default" guide.
2.Wether dry filter is installed correctly?
☆Please make sure that the dry filter is installed properly
3.Whether brush roller have passed replacement cycle?(3~6 months)
☆Please replace brush roller.
4.Confirm whether there is dirt or debris in the channel or on the brush roller.
☆Please clean the brush roller and channel according to picture instructions.
5.Examine the scraper and see if there is dirt or debris on the scraper. Check if the scraper is deformed.
☆Clean debris & dirt in the scraper with cleaning tool.
6.Examine whether the floater, filter and dry filter is clogged or not?
☆Clean the floater, and wash filter and dry filter with water. And make sure filters are completely dry before reinstalling.
7.Confirm whether floor is even and sealed hard floor?
☆Please use the unit on the sealed and even hard floor.
