  1. 1. If any display error is shown?

    Refer to the "Display abnormal" guide.

  2. 2. Confirm whether the HEPA filter is installed or not.

    Please make sure that the HEPA is installed properly.

  3. 3. Confirm whether there is dirt or debris in the tube or on the brush roller.

    Please clean the brush roller and tube.

  4. 4. Examine the scraper and see if there is dirt or debris on the scraper. Check if the scraper is deformed.

    Clean debris & dirt in the scraper with the 3 in 1 tool .

  5. 5. The amount of time that the roller brush has been used could lead to the erosion of the fibers on the brush roller. If the erosion has been caused by usage based on 3 months with an average usage of 15 min per day, then the brush roller could be damaged.

    Replace with a new brush roller .

  6. Please Note: The device may not be able to clean up certain chemicals like shoe polish, pigments and other chemicals as well as uneven floor.
