Job Title:     Product Manager

The Product Manager is responsible for managing the growing Tineco product portfolio in the North American market.  The person must not only coordinate with HQ to manage the roadmap and specifications, but also work with the Sales and Marketing teams to understand the market requirements.  He/she will play a primary role in executing new product launches and managing the go-to market process with key retailers.  This role must also manage the product lifecycle of existing items and phase out of end-of-life products. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Direct and manage the Tineco product portfolio for the North American business
• Collaborate with R&D and HQ product teams to define product requirements, manage the product roadmap and lead the go-to market (GTM) process
• Manage and track product deliverables to ensure on-time execution
• Manage the product lifecycle of all SKUs from launch to end of life
• Analyze customer feedback to build greater understanding of consumer needs and any specific improvement areas
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to prioritize projects and timelines
• Assist in building revenue and unit forecasts for new product opportunities
• Effectively communicate the key selling points of each value proposition to both internal and external stakeholders

Skills and Qualifications

·         Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Engineering discipline preferred. 

·         3-5 years of experience in product management with small appliances, consumer electronics and / or personal care products

·         Experience in managing product portfolios in multiple categories

·         Experience working with China based product teams preferred

·         Ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with all appropriate levels with internal and external stakeholders, both in the USA and China.

·         Strong interpersonal and conversational skills, with ability to present confidently to internal and external stakeholders

·         Detail oriented, with ability to manage timelines keeping deliverables are on track, quick communication of delays or issues and regular progress reports to team

·         Ability to work independently or in a team environment to achieve goals

·         Proven success in a highly dynamic, sometimes ambiguous work environment.
