1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of winning.

2. Sponsor: ECOVACS ROBOTICS and Tineco Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd.

3. Activity Period: From November 17, 2025 to November 27, 2025.

4. How to Enter: To enter, participants must: Follow the official Instagram accounts @ecovacs_global and @tinecoglobal. Tag three friends in the comments. This giveaway will select two individual winners. One (1) winner will be awarded a Tineco FLOOR ONE S9 Artist Pro. One (1) winner will be awarded an ECOVACS WINBOT W2 PRO OMNI.

5. Eligibility: This giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older, or have reached the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry.

6. Winner Announcement: The winner will be announced on December 5, 2025.

7. Odds of Winning: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the giveaway period.

8. Prize Claim: The winner will be announced on Instagram and contacted via direct message. Prizes are provided by the ECOVACS Official Amazon Store and the Tineco Official Amazon Store. The winner will be selected at random by ECOVACS and Tineco. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

9. Activity area: US. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, municipal, territorial and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

10. Release: By receipt of any prize, winner agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, suppliers from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the giveaway.
